Discover a harvest of quality where guests can experience a taste of the day’s pickings in various guises at the tasting room, restaurants and hotel.
Visitors to the tasting room will get to sample the actual grapes and pure juice straight from the tank from the morning’s pickings.
At the popular Bistro Sixteen82 grapes take centre stage as the signature ingredient in a special harvest-inspired dish which can be ordered for lunch and tapas. The dish is Crispy Baked Cheese served on a pickled grape and walnut salad with hand-pressed verjuice syrup. Freshly picked grapes will also be served at lunch.
Guests at Tryn can enjoy a harvest-inspired cocktail of Freshly Pressed Grape Juice, Steenberg Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc, and Bombay Sapphire Gin. Freshly picked grapes and traditional mossbolletjies will also be served with lunch and dinner.
These harvest experiences will be available until the end of February and are subject to availability.
