Join Chef Archie Maclean on Thursday 11 May for a four course winter food and wine experience. Begin the evening with pan-fried seabass followed by a course of sous vide kingklip. Chef Archie’s grilled impala loin is featured next on the menu with the dinner concluded with a lemon posset dessert.
The menu will be paired with wines from Kaapzicht Wine Estate and presented by Winemaker, Danie Steytler. Live music will be performed on the evening by Kai Connor.
