Key Responsibilities:

  1. Front Desk Support: Assist the front desk team with check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries as needed.
  2. Office Administration: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.
  3. Record Keeping: Maintain organized records, including guest information, reservations, and internal communications.
  4. Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient hotel operations.
  5. Data Entry: Accurately input data into relevant systems, including reservations, guest information, and financial records.
  6. Calendar Management: Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for hotel staff.
  7. Guest Services: Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous administrative or hotel experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
