Position: Guest Experience Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure unparalleled guest satisfaction by overseeing all aspects of the dining experience.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold Tryn Restaurant’s standards.
• Operations Management: Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the culinary team to create and maintain a menu that delights guests and meets our quality standards.
• Problem Solving: Address customer concerns promptly and find effective solutions to ensure customer loyalty and positive reviews.
• Ambiance: Maintain a welcoming and inviting atmosphere in the restaurant, ensuring it reflects Tryn Restaurant’s brand image.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
