As a Junior Sous Chef at Bistro Sixteen 82, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic kitchen environment and contribute to the creation of exquisite dishes that delight our guests’ palates.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in menu planning and development.
• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes following restaurant standards.
• Supervise and motivate kitchen staff to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff members.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance menu offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or a similar role in a reputable restaurant.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new cooking methods and techniques.
