Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Team Management:
    • Lead and inspire a team of front-of-house staff to provide exceptional service.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  2. Guest Relations:
    • Ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
    • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
    • Implement strategies to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
  3. Operational Excellence:
    • Oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
    • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
    • Collaborate with the kitchen team to streamline communication and enhance overall service flow.
  4. Financial Management:
    • Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and revenue targets.
    • Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.
  5. Staff Development:

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Front of House Manager in a high-end restaurant setting.

  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a managerial role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
  • Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
