This position will play an important role at Bistro Sixteen 82, reporting into the Restaurant Manager. This role oversees the Assistant Front of House Management Team, with a focus on systems and procedures, stock take, training, customer service and floor management.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Education: Certificate/Diploma Hospitality Management

Additional Qualification: Certificates in the following (Microsoft Office, Micros and Opera)

Minimum Experience: 2yrs Management Experience of large team in a 5 star environment, with a strong focus on operating procedures, stock take, salaries and staff rosters.
