This position will play an important role in the Steenberg Vineyards Tasting Room, where you will be responsible for the overall management of the Cellar Door Team with an emphasis on driving sales and customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

• A formal wine qualification, preferably WSET or Cape Wine Academy.
• 2 years minimum management experience.
• A positive attitude with a warm welcoming demeanor.
• 2 years Hospitality management experience will be advantageous.
• Exceptional communication skills
• Passion for the Wine Industry
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Strong administrative skills
• Goal oriented
• Self motivated/Driven
